What do I need at the venue?
A screen (TV, projector or LED wall), a device with a web browser connected to it, and an internet connection.
Which platforms do you pull posts from?
Live posts from X, matched to your hashtag or keyword, plus photos guests upload straight from their phones on your event’s upload page. Instagram is coming soon.
Can guests join in without a social media account?
Yes. The guest upload page lets anyone add a photo from their phone, no account needed.
How do you keep inappropriate posts off the screen?
Every post goes into an approval queue first. Only posts you (or our team) approve appear on the wall.
Can the wall match our event’s look?
Yes. Add your logo, colors and hashtag, and choose a grid, slideshow or ticker layout.
Will you set it up for us?
With our Hands-On Setup & Moderation package, we handle setup at the venue and moderate posts live during the event.
How quickly do posts appear?
Approved posts show up within seconds.
How far ahead should I book?
